- User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
- Subscription: A contract subscribed to by the User to access paid features of the Platform.
- Top-up: Credit or limit recharges (e.g., postal balance or sending limits).
- User Data: Information imported or generated by the User on the Platform.
3. Purpose of the GTUS
These GTUS define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding:
- Platform: The tool accessible in SaaS mode.
- User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
- Subscription: A contract subscribed to by the User to access paid features of the Platform.
- Top-up: Credit or limit recharges (e.g., postal balance or sending limits).
- User Data: Information imported or generated by the User on the Platform.
4. Access and Registration
4.1 Registration
Registration is performed directly by the User. The User guarantees the accuracy and currency of the provided information.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4.2 Access Conditions
Access to certain features is conditional upon subscribing to a plan.
The use of automated systems or scraping techniques is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
5. Use of the Platform
The User is responsible for the use and origin of the data imported onto the Platform.
Any illegal or unauthorized use of the services is prohibited (e.g., unauthorized data extraction).
Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. In the case of scheduled maintenance, a one-week notice will be provided.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are transparently presented on the website, with their limitations and options, accessible without requiring account creation.
Subscriptions include:
- Main account: Basic access to the Platform.
- Sending server: Options for managing communication delivery.
- Postal balance: Sending physical letters or documents.
6.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed upon expiration.
Cancellation can be made at any time, up to the last second before the invoice is issued.
In case of cancellation, the User automatically switches to the free plan at the expiration of their current subscription.
6.3 Non-refundable Payments
No refunds are provided for subscriptions, Top-ups, or postal balance credits, even in the event of termination.
7. Liability
7.1 Platform Obligations
The Platform makes every effort to ensure the availability and integrity of the services.
However, it disclaims all liability in the event of unavailability caused by external factors or subcontractors (Google, AWS, OVH, etc.).
7.2 User Obligations
The User is responsible for the data they import and its compliance with applicable laws.
Any violation of these GTUS is the sole responsibility of the User.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, services, and elements of the Platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

10. Duration and Termination
Subscription termination takes effect at the end of the current period and automatically switches to the free plan.
Account deletion can be requested at any time via customer support.
11. Modification of the GTUS
The Platform reserves the right to modify these GTUS. Users will be informed of significant changes via email.
12. Mediation and Applicable Law
In case of a dispute, the User may refer to a mediator accredited by the CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris).
These GTUS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute unresolved by mediation, French courts will have jurisdiction.
By using the Platform or subscribing to a plan, the User acknowledges having read and accepted these GTUS.
